This scenario is essentially a "chicken-and-egg" predicament, as Himiko's personality traits are so ideal for her Quirk that it is a match made in heaven. Furthermore, Himiko's obsessive nature is impassioned by her Dorodere traits, which are ideal for her Awakened ability's specifications. Himiko's villainous admiration for blood is perfectly suited for her Quirk's activation (imagine she suffered from hemophobia instead?) while her insane stealth and sneaky transformations make stalking quite effortless. If one were to describe this vixen's characteristics in just a few words, calling her an obsessive Dorodere hemophiliac stalker would be a satisfactory summary.
